Microsoft School Agreement

What is a School Agreement?

A volume-based annual licence agreement specifically created to enable schools to receive complete access to a range of current or previous versions of Microsoft software at an affordable price.

Microsoft Campus Agreement

What is a Campus Agreement?

A volume-based annual licence agreement, based on staff numbers, designed to enable FE and HE establishments to gain complete access to a range of current or previous versions of Microsoft software at an affordable price.

Academic Open Licensing

What is an Open Licence Agreement?

A two year perpetual licence agreement which requires a minimum initial order level of 5 licences across any of the product pools, with a re-order level of one licence.  This agreement can be used in conjunction with annual licence agreements for additional licence requirements.

Microsoft Select Agreement

What is a Select Agreement?

A three year volume-based perpetual licence agreement for institutions with more than 250 desktops.  Products are split into three pools: applications, systems and servers and institutions need to commit to 1500 points per pool over the 3 year licensing period.  Select can also be used in conjunction with annual licence agreements for additional product requirements.
